TERMS OF USE

Rom828 RedoU LLC

Effective September 28, 2026

1. Agreement to These Terms

These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the websites, pages, forms, emails, community spaces, software, and other online properties operated by Rom828 RedoU LLC, a Texas limited liability company (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), including properties branded Uera, Self-Educate U, and related marks (collectively, the “Site”).

By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site. We may update these Terms from time to time. Your continued use after a change is posted is acceptance of the updated Terms.

If you purchase a paid program, coaching, or other paid offer from Company, the written Client Agreement and invoice or enrollment confirmation for that purchase control that relationship. If those documents conflict with these website Terms on a paid-program issue (investment, refunds, deliverables, term, or recordings), the Client Agreement controls.

2. Who We Are

Company’s mailing address is 1560 E. Southlake Blvd., Ste. 100, Southlake, Texas 76092.

The Site offers information, education, and coaching-related content for parents. Company trains adults. Children are not Company’s clients, students, or patients. Company does not operate a school of record and does not provide medical diagnosis, medical treatment, therapy, lab orders, or licensed healthcare.

3. Eligibility

The Site is intended for adults 18 years of age or older. By using the Site you represent that you are at least 18 and have authority to agree to these Terms. Use by children under 13 is prohibited. Do not submit personal information about a child unless you are the parent or legal guardian and are authorized to do so.

4. Informational Content Only

Content on the Site — including articles, videos, emails, assessments, prompts, frameworks, and references to Medical Mapping™, accelerated self-education, AI Architecting, faith, health, education, or entrepreneurship — is for general education and parent coaching information. It is not medical advice, legal advice, tax advice, financial advice, or an individualized treatment plan.

You remain responsible for decisions about your children, your household, your providers, and your business. Work with your own licensed physicians and other professionals before changing health, schooling, or legal arrangements. Results vary. Company does not guarantee outcomes, timelines, diagnoses reversed, college costs avoided, or business results.

5. Accounts, Forms, and Communications

If you create an account, join a list, book a call, or submit a form, you agree to provide accurate information and to keep your login confidential. You are responsible for activity under your credentials. We may refuse, suspend, or close an account or booking at our discretion if we believe these Terms have been violated or if use is abusive, fraudulent, or unlawful.

You consent to receive operational and program emails at the address you give us. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in those emails. Transactional notices related to a purchase or legal notice may still be sent.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• use the Site for any unlawful purpose;

• scrape, harvest, or mine personal data or program materials;

• copy, sell, sublicense, or republish Company’s prompts, frameworks, recordings, or training materials except as a Client Agreement expressly allows for your personal household or your own business use;

• hold yourself out as a Company provider, certifier, or licensee;

• impersonate Company, Kristen Kennedy, or another person;

• post harassing, defamatory, infringing, or obscene content;

• introduce malware or attempt to breach security;

• interfere with other users’ use of the Site; or

• allow a child to use a community or portal space without your supervision.

We may remove content, revoke access, and report unlawful activity.

7. Intellectual Property

The Site and all content Company publishes — including text, graphics, logos, videos, assessments, prompt libraries, and methods — are owned by Company or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Medical Mapping™, related program names, and brand marks used on the Site (including Uera and Self-Educate U) are marks Company uses. You receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to view the public Site for your personal, non-commercial use.

Paid-program materials are licensed only as stated in the Client Agreement: for your own family and your own entrepreneurial work. That license is not a right to coach other families, certify other parents, publish Company’s prompt library, train a team to resell the method, or hold yourself out as a Company provider.

If you submit comments, testimonials, or other content to us, you grant Company a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use that content to operate and improve the Site and Services. Company will not use your identifiable name, face, voice, or story in public advertising without a separate marketing release, except as a signed Client Agreement already allows for private program delivery and portal replay.

8. Purchases, Calls, and Refunds

Strategy calls, applications, and checkout pages may describe current offers. Those pages are invitations to apply or purchase, not a guarantee of acceptance. Paid enrollment is complete only when Company accepts and you have a Client Agreement and invoice or enrollment confirmation.

Unless a Client Agreement expressly says otherwise, program sales are final. Chargebacks for authorized charges are a contract issue under the Client Agreement, not a substitute for the dispute process in Section 12 of these Terms.

9. Third-Party Sites and Tools

The Site may link to third-party websites, payment processors, calendars, AI platforms, or community tools. We do not control those services. Your use of them is governed by their terms and privacy policies. Company is not responsible for third-party content, availability, or data practices.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, COMPANY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, COMPANY, ITS MEMBERS, KRISTEN KENNEDY, AND THEIR AFFILIATES, CONTRACTORS, AND TEAM WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, OR LOSS OF GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SITE OR THESE TERMS, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, COMPANY’S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF THE SITE OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS (US $100) OR (B) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID COMPANY FOR THE SPECIFIC WEBSITE SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM. Paid-program liability, if any, is governed by the Client Agreement for that enrollment.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations. In those places, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution — Neutral AAA Arbitration

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Site, or our privacy practices are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The Federal Arbitration Act governs this section.

Before either party files a claim, the complaining party will send a written notice describing the dispute and allow fourteen (14) days for a good-faith conversation.

Any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Site, or the Services, or the breach thereof, shall be settled by confidential, binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”) under its Commercial Arbitration Rules in effect when the demand is filed.

The matter will be heard by one (1) neutral arbitrator. The arbitrator shall be appointed by the AAA from its National Roster under the AAA’s then-current appointment procedures, including the list process in the Commercial Rules. Neither party has the right to unilaterally designate the arbitrator. All arbitrators must be impartial and independent.

The legal seat of the arbitration is Tarrant County, Texas. Hearings may be conducted by video unless the arbitrator finds good cause for an in-person hearing in Tarrant County, Texas. The language is English.

Either party may go to a court of competent jurisdiction in Tarrant County, Texas, for temporary injunctive relief to protect intellectual property or confidentiality, or to confirm or enforce an award, without waiving arbitration.

You may only resolve disputes with Company on an individual basis and may not bring a claim as a plaintiff or class member in a class, consolidated, or representative action. Class arbitrations, class actions, private attorney general actions, and consolidation with other arbitrations are not allowed. The arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person’s claims or preside over any class or representative proceeding unless all relevant parties specifically agree in writing after the arbitration is filed.

To the extent a dispute is in court, each party waives a jury trial to the maximum extent permitted by law. If a dispute proceeds to arbitration or court, the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover its reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs from the other party, in addition to any other relief awarded. “Prevailing party” means the party that obtains the net substantial relief granted.

If you have a signed Client Agreement, that agreement’s dispute-resolution section governs disputes about that enrollment. This Section 12 governs disputes about public use of the Site that are not covered by a Client Agreement.

13. Indemnification

You will indemnify and hold harmless Company, and their officers, contractors, and team from claims, damages, and reasonable expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of: (a) your use of the Site; (b) content you submit; (c) your implementation decisions for your children or your business; (d) your misuse of AI platforms or Company materials; or (e) your breach of these Terms. This does not require you to indemnify Company for Company’s fraud or willful misconduct.

14. General

These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement for public use of the Site. A Client Agreement, if any, is the entire agreement for that paid enrollment. If one clause is unenforceable, the rest stays, and the clause will be modified to the minimum extent needed to make it enforceable. You may not assign these Terms. Company may assign them to a successor of the business. Headings are for reading ease. “Including” means “including without limitation.” Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
